Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Soil and Water Conservation Scientist (AI Training) for remote, hourly freelance work. 10–40 hours per week, flexible schedule, independent work style.

You will review AI-generated scenarios for scientific accuracy and practical relevance, focusing on erosion control, watershed management, and soil health. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in soil science or hydrology, strong knowledge of soil processes, and experience evaluating environmental content.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning.
• Strong working knowledge of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques.
• Able to critically evaluate applied environmental science reasoning.
• Comfortable reviewing and responding to technical written content.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
