Qualifications

• 7+ years of Full Stack web development skills using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, XML/JSON, HTML5/CSS3, AJAX, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Telerik, web services
• Ability to design the overall layout and site architecture of the web application and incorporate design features
• Strong understanding of relational databases and object relational mapping (ORM) databases
• Experience with Law Enforcement Data (major plus)
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven engineering, development, deployment, and maintenance of business-critical systems — including hands-on solutions development and implementation experience
• Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users
• Ability to establish and document new standards for quality, performance or productivity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
