• Lead the software testing team in developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design appropriate testing plans.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct manual and automated testing of software products to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
• Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for software testing.
• Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance on complex technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Continuously improve and optimize the testing processes and methodologies.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve reported defects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing techniques and tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all testing activities.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development process.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of test automation scripts.
• Conduct performance and load testing to identify and address any potential issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of software products.
• Act as a point of contact for any testing-related queries or concerns from stakeholders.
