Join the Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center at Raytheon, where we architect and build sophisticated software applications and automated test environments for mission-critical defense systems. In this role, you will develop cutting-edge software solutions that interface directly with state-of-the‑art engineering hardware, supporting products across the entire lifecycle—from early lab demonstrations and design verification to high‑rate production testing and long‑term sustainment. Working alongside a collaborative, multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will design robust tools that ensure our nation's defense technologies perform flawlessly.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
