Test Engineer, Mission Systems

Overview

This role gives you the chance to shape quality across the full test lifecycle. You will create test cases, execute test plans, run backend and command-line testing, and help strengthen both manual and automated coverage. The work is hands‑on and practical, with a mix of test design, execution, reporting, and automation. Your impact will be visible in faster feedback, cleaner releases, and more reliable systems. Minimum Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Or High School Diploma and 12 years of related experience.
• In-scope polygraph within the last 7 years.

Compensation

The compensation range is $136,000.00–$175,000.00, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
