Job summary

American business solutions inc in the United States is seeking a senior QA professional to lead comprehensive software testing efforts across the development lifecycle. You will design test cases, run executions, document defects, and participate in sprint ceremonies, while communicating risks to senior management and ensuring acceptance criteria are met.

Preferred experience includes ADA/WCAG accessibility testing, vulnerability review, and compliance-focused testing for public-facing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years conducting comprehensive software testing activities.
• Minimum 5 years creating, refining, and managing test cases and acceptance criteria within Agile projects.
• Minimum 2 years communicating testing impacts to senior management and aligning on defect resolution.
• Minimum 2 years testing IT solutions designed for public use, including accessibility, performance, and security considerations.
• Preferred: ADA/WCAG accessibility and compliance testing and vulnerability review.

Job description

Minimum of 5 years conducting comprehensive software testing activities, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect documentation, and process analysis to improve quality and reliability.

Minimum of 5 years creating, refining, and managing test cases and acceptance criteria within Agile development projects, including supporting user story validation and participating in sprint ceremonies.

Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management to communicate testing impacts, facilitate discussions on quality strategy, contribute to risk assessments, and gain alignment on testing approaches and defect resolution.

Minimum of 2 years testing IT solutions designed for public use, including validating functionality, accessibility, performance, and security considerations for customer-facing applications.

Preferred Skills

Recommended to have 2 years experience with ADA/WCAG accessibility and compliance testing.

Recommended to have 2 years experience with reviewing and triaging vulnerability scan results.

Recommended to have 1 year experience working with systems or programs governed by state and/or federal regulations, ensuring quality practices support compliance requirements.
