Yoh is seeking a Software Technical Program Manager in Long Beach to lead platform software, networking, and cybersecurity programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and translate technical details into executive dashboards.

Responsibilities include managing dependencies, risk mitigation, Jira hygiene, and aligning objectives with engineering, validation, and hardware groups. The role requires hands-on communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Location Long Beach, United States Sector Engineering Salary $70.00 to $90.00 per hour

Software Technical Program Manager – Platform software, Networking, Cybersecurity

• Technical Responsibilities:
  • Low-level SW integration alignments including but not limited to RTOS, middleware, low-level drivers, Network stack, FuSa-related libraries, CS modules, etc.
  • Understanding System design and objectives.
  • Identifying dependencies
  • Following up and finding gaps between Requirements, design, implementation, and validation in the respective areas.
• Program Responsibilities:
  • Identifying Technical and program risks associated with the current and future activities
  • Impact analysis on the objectives that may not meet the deadline
  • Maintaining Jira hygiene
  • Aligning Objectives and goals in a large cross-functional organization. Including, but not limited to, Base and application SW, System, Validation, HW, integration, etc.
  • Identifying the goals for the short- and mid-term future and confirming them with other stakeholders.
• Management responsibilities:
  • Being able or willing to understand the technical discussions, engage, and drive them to conclusion
  • Being able to translate complex technical terms into executive-level reporting in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand and follow
  • Communicate the risks and elevate them accordingly when needed
  • Being able to collaborate productively with other colleagues
