Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks to find a Software Engineer supporting the Integrated National Systems (INS) Business Unit.
This position is located in Aurora, CO.
We are seeking a certified Scrum Master to guide one of our high-performing software delivery teams. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. The Scrum Master is a servant-leader who enables high-performing Agile teams to deliver value reliably and predictably. The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation, conflict-resolution, and communication skills; ability to influence without authority. The scrum master will at times be responsible for coding. And must be comfortable interpreting metrics and using data to drive decisions.
Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
