What you’ll own

• Strengthen long‑term client value by identifying opportunities to expand solutions and deepen relationships
• Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, creating meaningful, face‑to‑face connections that drive results

What you bring

• At least one year of success in B2B or business‑to‑consumer (B2C) outside sales, with a track record of delivering results
• Strong ability to communicate, present and negotiate, both in person and virtually
• Confidence building relationships quickly and earning trust with business owners
• A competitive, self‑driven mindset with the energy to achieve and exceed goals
• Ability to think like a client and connect solutions to real business outcomes
• Valid driver’s license and comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field
• Residence within two hours of the territory to stay connected and responsive

It’s a bonus if you have

• A proven ability to upsell and cross‑sell existing merchants on new features, software add‑ons, and hardware upgrades.
• Experience working with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.
• Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience, preferably in fintech, merchant services or Saas.

Compensation

Ready to grow your career and your paycheck? Here’s the breakdown

• Base Salary pay is $50,000 per year.
• Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build.
• Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-150 plus
• Your total compensation will depend on your skills, performance, and territory.

Global Payments is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full‑time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $39,800.0-$58,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
