Job description

• Hands-on Cybersecurity Validation & Verification Engineer with strong technical expertise in product security testing.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, operations, and cross-functional engineering teams to validate security throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support both pre-market and post-market cybersecurity validation activities, including vulnerability assessment, issue investigation, and security compliance.
• Perform security testing using tools such as Wireshark, OpenSSL, packet capture (PCAP), API testing tools, and proxy frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve product security issues.
• Primary focus on IoT/Product Security rather than cloud-only security; candidates with end-to-end security validation experience are preferred.
• Experience validating security across the entire product ecosystem, including embedded devices, device communication, APIs, and cloud interfaces (not limited to only embedded or cloud security).
• Ability to develop cybersecurity test strategies and validation plans from scratch.
• 3 Days onsite role.

Role allocation approximately:

• 50% Security testing & validation
• 20% Documentation, test protocols, and reports
• 10% Cross-functional collaboration and technical discussions
• Intermediate Python programming experience for automation and test development.
• Understanding of cloud security fundamentals is sufficient; deep cloud security expertise is not required.
• Experience with medical devices (MedTech) is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred experience:

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, or
• Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
