Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, reusable testing components, and quality engineering solutions across enterprise applications.
2. Evaluate manual testing and engineering workflows and implement automation and AI-assisted solutions to improve productivity, scalability, and software quality.
3. Integrate automated testing, API validation, and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines; analyze results, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with development and QA teams.
4. Provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, establish quality engineering practices, and communicate automation strategies, productivity metrics, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
