In this role, you will design prompt‑based test scenarios, evaluate model output quality across edge cases, analyze logs, report bugs, and support data‑driven QA practices like performance benchmarking. Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field is required.
QA Experience: 1–3 years of software QA experience with proven expertise in test plan creation, manual/automated test execution, defect tracking, and standard SDLC quality management lifecycles.
Technical Skills & AI Familiarity: Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, debugging, and log analysis skills. Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, and prompt engineering tools is highly desirable. Experience with automated prompt validation or scripting tools is a plus.
Industry & Language Preferences: Experience in the Mobile/Telecom industry is desirable. Professional business proficiency in both English and Korean (speaking, reading, writing) is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of how technology influences culture and society in the US.
