Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking an experienced Software QA Analyst II to join our team in the Baton Rouge, LA area. The role focuses on collaborating with users and team members to test software, gather requirements, create training documentation, and provide direction to QA I analysts.

You will contribute to a development team, learn Scrum practices, and work under established guidelines to ensure software quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or higher in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science).
• 3+ years of experience as an analyst and/or 3+ years in construction related area.
• Proficient in Tricentis Tosca, AI capabilities preferred.
• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) – will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a development team daily; may lead in testing or requirements gathering.
• Document business processes as needed and create documentation for software builds.
• Design, develop and maintain test cases to ensure functional requirements are met.
• Perform exploratory testing and document issues with steps to reproduce.
• Provide training and direction to onboarding QA I analysts as needed.
