Job summary

SC Works in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Tester to design and execute manual and automated test cases for web, API, and backend systems. You will perform functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing, including data validation using SQL/PLSQL on MS SQL Server across UNIX and Windows environments.

You will develop QA lifecycle artifacts, work in Agile teams, validate in AWS environments, and ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Design and manual and automated test cases for web, API, and backend systems using HP ALM, Jira, and Xray. Perform functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing, including data validation using SQL and PL/SQL on MS SQL Server across UNIX and Windows environments. Develop and maintain QA lifecycle artifacts including test strategies, plans, scenarios, and defect management. Conduct API and web services testing using Postman, SOAP UI, and Rest Assured. Validate applications and workflows in AWS environments using Lambda, EC2, S3, and CloudWatch. Collaborate in Agile teams to ensure quality delivery. Develop and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), author URS, FS, SOPs, and ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and 21 CFR Part 11. Perform equipment, utilities, and process validation, data analysis, and environmental monitoring. Manage deviations, change control, and validation documentation using TrackWise, Veeva Vault, Blue Mountain, and ProCal. Support testing of UI, database, batch, and integrated systems while ensuring data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance. May require providing services at unanticipated locations to various clients across the United States for short term and long-term durations. There is no international travel and travel frequency is unanticipated.
