Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC seeks a Software Programmer – Senior in Washington, DC, to lead engineering efforts for compliant data digitization and documentation workflows. You will organize databases and implement scalable solutions across multilingual data and federal compliance domains.

The role requires robust programming expertise, advanced analytics, and experience with Power BI/Tableau for visualization, with a TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience programming, operating and maintaining databases, certificates and/or education in IBM Watson, IBM Enterprise Name Search, Java Fusion Charts, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau and Oracle
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques and modeling approaches.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-based big data technologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of intelligence analysis processes and mission requirements.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets in complex environments.
