Teradyne seeks a Software Product Manager to define the platform software strategy for the Integrated System Test unit in North Reading, MA. You will own the vision and roadmap for SLT data analytics and AI software, partnering with engineering to shape what we build and with Sales/Marketing to bring it to market.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in software product management or an equivalent role delivering commercial software products
• Experience with data analytics, data platforms, or AI/ML software—from requirements definition through release and adoption
• Strong technical background and ability to apply it in business and customer-facing settings; comfortable working directly with software engineering teams in an agile environment
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; MBA or MS a plus
• Working understanding of semiconductor test and manufacturing data; familiarity with ATE or System Level Test a strong plus
• Familiarity with cloud, on-premise, and edge deployment models and the associated data security and customer IP considerations
• Strong influence, leadership, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsabilidades

• Define a clear roadmap for SLT data analytics and AI software
• Translate customer problems into crisp requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; own the backlog and partner daily with software engineering through agile delivery
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing to build a compelling value proposition tailored to Datacenter Computing/AI, Mobility, and Automotive Digital markets
• Own positioning, launch, pricing and licensing models, and sales enablement; develop clear messaging for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Define capabilities spanning test data collection, yield and quality analytics, ML-driven test optimization, and adaptive test while addressing data security and IP considerations
• Work closely across Software Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Applications, and Operations to align releases with platform hardware roadmaps and drive adoption
• Actively participate in external conferences and industry forums to nurture VOC, build relationships with customers and industry experts, and enhance the Teradyne brand

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Software Product Manager to define and drive our platform software strategy within the Integrated System Test Business Unit. In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for the software that turns System Level Test data into actionable insight - partnering with engineering to define what we build, and with Sales and Marketing to bring it to market.

This role sits at the crossroads of software innovation and market strategy. Test data is one of the richest and most underused assets in semiconductor manufacturing, and your leadership will shape how customers use it to improve yield, quality, and throughput. By partnering with a diverse range of customers - from agile startups to established global leaders - you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on both our software portfolio and the industry at large.

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Synthesize customer needs and emerging market trends into a clear, prioritized multi-release roadmap for SLT data analytics and AI software
• Requirements & Definition: Translate customer problems into crisp requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; own the backlog and partner daily with software engineering through agile delivery
• Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing to build a compelling value proposition tailored to Datacenter Computing/AI, Mobility, and Automotive Digital markets
• Go-to-Market & Messaging: Own positioning, launch, pricing and licensing models, and sales enablement; develop clear messaging for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Data, Analytics & AI: Define capabilities spanning test data collection, yield and quality analytics, ML-driven test optimization, and adaptive test - while addressing customer requirements for data security, IP protection, and deployment model
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Software Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Applications, and Operations to align releases with platform hardware roadmaps and drive adoption
• Customer & Market Engagement: Actively participate in external conferences and industry forums to nurture strategic VOC, build relationships with customers and industry experts, and enhance the Teradyne brand

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $180,300 - $288,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
