HP Inc. is seeking a Software Product Manager to guide the development and success of software products and features. You will bridge engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders, owning the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.

You will lead the development cycle from definition to GA, analyze market and competitive trends, and translate user needs into concrete features with strong execution plans and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

  • Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Typically 4–7 years of work experience in product management, digital or software product development.
  • Advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the full product development lifecycle from definition to GA.
  • Advocate for customers and translate needs into product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Lead end user training, testing and rollout and monitor milestones.
