Job summary

Actalent in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Software Integration/Test Automation SME to join a dynamic team working on Missile Defense Systems. The role focuses on integrating lab test suites, automating tests, and scripting in Bash and Python within DoD environments.

Responsibilities include developing configurations, troubleshooting, and contributing to system specifications and network documents, with on-site work and flexible schedules in a contract-to-hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience; a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience as an alternative to a degree.
• Experience with Ansible or other automation tools.
• Experience in developing scripts using Ansible.
• Knowledge of containerized virtual environments.
• Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining databases.

Responsibilities

• Integrate JEMINI lab test suites into the development lab.
• Assist software development personnel in investigating and resolving issues.
• Create configurations to support testing and prototypes of developing systems.
• Develop and modify scripts to analyze input, internal, and output message data.
• Troubleshoot issues during testing and prototype phases.
• Develop troubleshooting procedures and workaround documents.
• Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development, testing, and network documents.
• Automate scripts to configure and maintain remote hosts.
