Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a Level 4 Software Integration Engineer to optimize the integration, installation, configuration, and sustainment of COTS/GOTS software across heterogeneous systems. The role emphasizes documentation, testing, and ownership of HPC tools.

Ideal candidates will have basic Linux admin skills and shell scripting, with the ability to switch between architectural paradigms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting COTS/GOTS software.
• Basic Linux system administration and shell scripting skills.
• Ability to generate documentation for the full software stack and perform sustainment updates.
• Familiarity with CM tools, issue tracking, and web documentation.

Responsibilities

The Software Integration Engineer provides expertise in integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.

The Level 4 Software Integration Engineer (SIE) possess the following capabilities:

• Ability to integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software.
• Generate documentation for the full software stack.
• Update software for sustainment support.
• Basic Linux system administration skills and shell scripting.
• Execute test codes for characterization of software performance.
• Provide software product ownership for HPC tools.
• Working knowledge of CM tools, web documentation, and issue tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between various architectural paradigms.
