AgFirst Farm Credit Bank is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to ensure stability, performance, and scalability of enterprise applications and integrations. You will monitor availability, investigate incidents, apply changes, document runbooks, and deliver reliable data exchanges across systems.
The Software Integration Engineer ensures stability, performance, and scalability of enterprise
applications and integrations. This role focuses on maintaining application health, designing integration
solutions, and implementing business continuity measures to minimize disruption and meet operational
standards.
What You'll Do
Maintain Application & Integration Health
Monitor availability and basic performance indicators; investigate and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Validate and apply updates, configuration changes, and patches following change controls.
Document runbooks, known errors, and recovery steps to improve repeatability.
Deliver & Support Integrations
Implement and maintain integrations that ensure accurate, timely data exchange between systems.
Diagnose and remediate data or workflow exceptions; prevent recurrence through durable fixes.
Execute routine data migrations and synchronizations with appropriate verification.
Enable Business Continuity
Perform regular backups and basic restore tests for supported applications.
Participate in disaster recovery exercises and follow established procedures.
Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to meet availability and compliance
