Pluto AI Labs is seeking a full-stack AI-focused engineer to help build AI-powered products from concept to production at scale. You will design and ship autonomous AI agents, orchestrate multi-step workflows, and connect LLMs with external tools and business systems.

You'll construct backend services and APIs, build user interfaces, and ensure cohesive product delivery across frontend and backend. If you thrive in ownership and rapid experimentation, join us.

Formación

• Hands-on experience shipping AI applications or consumer AI features.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, multi-step workflows, or LLM integration patterns.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using Node.js, Go, React or equivalent frameworks.
• Solid grasp of API design, database modeling, system architecture, and how to write production-grade code.
• Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight, ship independently, and take full ownership of technical decisions and execution.

About the role

• You will develop AI-powered products from conception through to production deployment
• Your work spans building autonomous AI agents and orchestrating multi-step workflows that leverage language models
• You will construct backend services and APIs alongside frontend applications that work seamlessly together
• Connecting large language models with external tools and business systems is part of your core responsibility

What you'll work on

• Creating systems that call tools dynamically and manage complex workflows across multiple steps
• Designing and implementing reliable database architectures and RESTful APIs
• Building user-facing interfaces and server-side logic that ship together as cohesive products
• Integrating third-party services and LLM capabilities into existing business infrastructure
• Owning production systems end to end, from debugging issues to scaling as needed

What we're looking for
