The Team You’ll work as part of a cross-functional team of software engineers, solution and cloud architects, database administrators, DevSecOps engineers, quality assurance specialists, user experience professionals, business analysts, product managers, data analysts, accessibility and security specialists, and behavioral health subject matter experts. We partner with federal stakeholders to operate and modernize a mission-critical data collection and performance reporting platform used by grantees and program staff. The team balances reliable production operations with incremental modernization in a secure federal cloud environment.
The Work In this individual contributor role, you will design, build, test, and support secure, accessible web applications that enable data entry, batch ingestion, validation, workflow, role-based access, reporting, and data exchange. You will contribute across the application stack, including C# and .NET services, web interfaces, APIs, SQL Server data stores, automated tests, and release pipelines. A key part of the work is strengthening the platform while it remains in active use. You will help modernize legacy components incrementally, improve performance and reliability, raise data quality, expand automated testing and deployment practices, and make production behavior easier to observe and troubleshoot. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
