Software Engineers – All Levels

Key Tasks:

1. Design engineering, integration, and testing of data exploitation applications for commercial, military, and intelligence users.
2. Software Engineer responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle using the SAFe Agile Methodology.
• Developing creative, straightforward solutions to technical and user experience challenges.
• Participating in the team's daily standups, testing, and demos.
• Developing unit tests and test procedures to assist in maintaining code coverage.
• Providing inputs towards the architecture solution.

TS or TS/SCI security clearance.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Java.
• Agile Software Development experience.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Desired Skills:

• Experience with XML and/or JSON data schema development.
• Cloud Solution knowledge.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.

Required Education/Certifications:

1. Associate Engineer (CT7): Entry-level to experienced, but still a learner typically with an advanced degree and 0 years experience or bachelor's degree and 0-2+ years experience or equivalent.
2. Engineer 1 (CT8): Career level typically with an advanced degree and 3+ years experience or bachelor's with 5+ years experience or equivalent.
3. Senior Engineer (CT9): Emerging authority typically with an advanced degree and 7+ years experience or bachelor's with 9+ years experience or equivalent; applies extensive expertise.
4. Principal Engineer (CT10): Expert, authority in discipline typically with an advanced degree and 12+ years experience or bachelor's with 14+ years experience or equivalent.
5. Engineer Consultant (CT11): Senior consultant to top management typically with an advanced degree and 18+ years experience or bachelor's with 20+ years experience or equivalent.

The proposed salary range for these positions in Colorado is 75,000 – 230,000 (CT7 – CT11). Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
