About the role

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will guide and support a high-performing backend engineering team. This role combines technical knowledge with leadership, enabling you to influence engineering practices, drive delivery, and contribute to the evolution of backend systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, design, and quality assurance to ensure projects are executed effectively and with technical rigor.

Tech stack

The backend is primarily built on C# and .NET, with a microservices architecture. Development follows DevOps best practices, containerization, and observability principles to ensure reliability and scalability.
