In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for evaluating physics-based concepts, designing and testing software, and implementing end-to-end solutions. You will leverage experience with radio frequency (RF) and space weather concepts and translate scientific needs into scalable, mission-driven software solutions. This role requires hands-on ability to read, program, and review code across the stack, while also providing strategic direction and mentorship to engineering and science personnel. You will collaborate across disciplines, communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, and drive alignment between scientific objectives and software development efforts. Success in this role requires a balance of technical depth, leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.As a member of our team, you’ll demonstrate a proactive approach to work, consistently anticipating needs and taking initiative to address challenges before they arise.
