We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead two high-impact infrastructure teams shaping the future of service connectivity at LinkedIn. This role spans LinkedIn’s next‑generation service discovery and control plane initiatives alongside LinkedIn’s standard framework for service discovery and client‑side load balancing, which dynamically routes traffic across microservices and steers requests away from unhealthy hosts based on request metrics. You’ll lead teams working on foundational service infrastructure across service mesh, discovery, load balancing, dark clusters, and core reliability primitives - driving platforms that sit on the critical path of availability, resilience, and safe service evolution across LinkedIn’s distributed systems.

The pay range for this role is $200,000 - $268,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
