As the visionary for the newly formed Ecosystem and Agents workstream, you will guide a dedicated, fully-funded engineering team to build an AI-enabled, highly malleable toolchain from the ground up. Today, our teams face heavy manual toil across disconnected internal platforms. • Lead the launch ecosystem strategy. Integrate LLMs and agentic AI to analyze requirements and drive automated workflows.
• Partner with the Lead PM to translate complex user journeys into scalable engineering approaches from MVP to full automation.
• Migrate fragmented tracking tools to a unified, transparent workflow engine with automated SLAs and clear status tracking.
• Replace manual questionnaires with dynamic intake logic that triggers downstream Security, Privacy, and Compliance reviews only when needed.
• Build backend infrastructure for a real‑time executive dashboard tracking key metrics like velocity, quality, and throughput.
