The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering and mobile development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities include managing engineering practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or senior engineering role with a focus on mobile development.
• Minimum of 2 years using Scrum methodology and Jira.
• Experience designing and developing scalable mobile apps on Android/iOS.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and app store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development until the team is self-sustainable.
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineering team members.
• Ensure project scopes are clearly documented.
• Translate requirements into Jira epics and manage sprints.
• Build and maintain third-party vendor relationships.
• Conduct code reviews and manage software quality KPIs.
