Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 3 years building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute/storage/hardware architectures.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned to organizational goals.
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and development for engineers.
• Develop mid-term technical goals and roadmaps for multiple teams and infrastructure needs.
• Guide system designs, write or review code to solve complex problems.
• Review code and ensure best practices across teams.
