Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development across languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Set expectations with individuals based on level and role; provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop mid-term technical goal and roadmap within multiple teams; evolve roadmap for requirements and infrastructure needs.
• Design, guide and vet systems designs; write product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems.
• Review code from other engineers and ensure best practices in style, testing, and efficiency.
