Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced technology leader to own system design, development, deployment, and maintenance for enterprise applications in financial services. You will transform business needs into technical requirements and drive delivery across multiple Agile teams.

You will guide .NET Full Stack with React, WCF/SOAP, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Six years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of system design, development, deployment, acquisition, and ongoing maintenance for application systems.
• Develop technology solutions that improve internal business efficiency and support business opportunities.
• Create and refine operational processes for regulatory and audit compliance.
• Lead intake and prioritization of development work aligned with business and technology goals.
• Own product lifecycle and delivery for enterprise software platforms.
• Provide status reporting on key initiatives, timelines, and team productivity.
• Coach, teach, and mentor teams.
