Qualifications

• Experience with Python and C++.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years in leadership; or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years in leadership.
• U.S. work authorization requirements and regulatory familiarity as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing software engineering team for core product software.
• Define technical direction, priorities, and execution plans aligned with product strategy.
• Support release planning, risk management, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence.
• Recruit, coach, and retain engineering talent.
• Contribute to product strategy through technical assessment and roadmaps.
