Demonstrates ownership by proactively setting clear goals, following through on commitments, and providing consistent guidance and updates. Supports innovation by collaborating with AI experts to integrate cutting‑edge AI models into products and processes, and actively builds skills in AI modeling and deployment. Recruits, mentors, and supports team development, fostering a culture of accountability, proactive communication, and results‑oriented execution.

• Oversees talent management, including hiring, coaching, and career development, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversees project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on‑time project delivery and high quality.
• Provides technical guidance to enable team growth and high-performance execution.
• Regularly evaluates team performance, providing constructive feedback to support individual and organizational success.

Education And Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Typically, 7-10 years’ experience, including 0-2 years of people management experience.
