Talent Groups are leading the search for a Software Engineering Manager-ZTSA for a global security leader. The manager will lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and evaluation of Zero Trust Secure Access. This requires experience with security architecture, large-scale SaaS systems, and data-driven infrastructure, and requires strong technical depth, proven people leadership, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

This is a direct hire position that is a hybrid working model in Austin, TX that comes with an impressive benefits package.

• Lead the design and continuous evolution of cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architectures for Zero Trust Secure Access (ZTSA), ensuring high availability, resiliency, and scalability.
• Provide technical oversight and direction across projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery of high-quality, production-ready solutions.
• Own and drive key architectural decisions across data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics to support large-scale security telemetry and policy enforcement.
• Own end-to-end delivery of product features and platform capabilities, executing with Agile and DevOps best practices.
• Evaluate and integrate relevant AI advancements into engineering workflows and platform capabilities to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation.
