Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer to contribute to scalable, high-availability B2C experiences across distributed systems. You will work on backend and frontend components, leverage LLMs, and collaborate with product owners and architects to deliver robust features.

The role emphasizes design patterns, testing, and quality code, with opportunities across Sales Cloud, IoT, Analytics, and Heroku. This is a full-time, on-site position in multiple California locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive full-stack programming experience with web application domains.
• Strong knowledge of Java or similar language and CS fundamentals.
• Ability to design scalable software and communicate clearly with teams.
• Experience in problem analysis and delivering high-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Develop application code using established methods that meets acceptance criteria.
• Review and collaborate with Architects on designs.
• Develop technical designs with any necessary automation strategies.
