Our SaaS platform is mission critical for more than 8,000 companies in 52 countries, including OEMs such as Boeing, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, and Bombardier. We operate in a FedRAMP Moderate environment on Azure Government, delivering secure, scalable, and highly reliable solutions to a global customer base.

Inside the company, we are intentionally different:

  • A small, highly skilled team of exceptional engineers and QA professionals

  • A focus on continuous improvement and innovation

We invest heavily in our people and culture because we believe they are the foundation of our long‑term success.

We are now looking for a Software Engineering Leader to lead our engineering organization and help shape the next chapter of Net‑Inspect.

The Opportunity
  • Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of software developers and QA engineers
  • Own the architecture, reliability, scalability, and security of a mission-critical global SaaS platform

  • Design and implement robust mitigation strategies (redundancy, failover, fault isolation, chaos testing, etc.) to eliminate customer-impacting outages
  • Develop architectural patterns that ensure continuity of operations even in rare or “black swan” scenarios
  • Partner with Security and Infrastructure to model extreme-case risks and ensure the platform can withstand unexpected load, dependency failures, or regional disruptions
  • Build a culture of proactive resiliency planning, encouraging teams to anticipate failure modes long before they become real-world events
  • Represent Net-Inspect as the technical leader in key customer and stakeholder discussions
  • Design and estimate new projects directly with customers
  • Support high-level escalations and cross-team technical problem solving
