Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Boulder, CO is seeking a Software Engineer Lead – Level 3/4 to guide a 2–4 person team, perform hands-on modern C++ development, and drive CI/CD, architecture, and design.

This on-site role requires an active Secret clearance, strong Linux and cloud skills, and experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes, and Docker. The position supports missile tracking and interception technologies, with potential for Top Secret clearance in the future.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
