T-Mobile USA, Inc. invites you to an 11-week paid internship with the T-Ads Ad Tech team in Philadelphia. You’ll work on real projects, be mentored by leaders, and build valuable skills through hands-on tasks alongside engineers.

You’ll gain exposure to the platform behind Digital Out-of-Home advertising, contribute to production code, and present your work to the engineering organization. We value collaboration, curiosity, and growth, with relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One or more course(s) remaining in a Bachelor's or Graduate degree program.
• Interns from current employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for external internships.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and test production-ready code as part of a team of engineers.
• Plan and break down a project from start to finish with a mentor and cross-functional partners.
• Learn the tech stack and systems supporting your project and ask questions early.
• Demo your project to the broader engineering org at the end of the internship.
