Job summary

Courier Health, Inc. invites a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in New York City. This 10–12 week program is based in NoMad and centers on building features for core products while improving performance.

The ideal candidate is a rising senior in CS or related field with experience in a modern language and an interest in AWS services. Compensation is $45 per hour for a 40-hour week.

Software Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)

What You’ll Do

• 10 - 12 week summer internship based out of our NYC office in NoMad
• Play a key role in building new features for our core products
• Improve the speed and reliability of existing applications
• Work with other employees to find new product opportunities
• Help us scale the company, the culture, and our products

Who You Are

• A rising senior pursuing a BS computer science or related field
• Experience in at least one modern programming language
• Experience or desire to learn how to build complex applications on AWS services
• Inspired by our mission to improve healthcare through technology
• Seeks simple approaches to complex problems
• Proven track record of being an independent self-starter

Bonus Points

• Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, Terraform
• Experience with AWS services, such as DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, or AppSync
• Prior internship experience working on building software products, particularly in the healthcare space
