Job summary

Ryan is seeking software engineering interns to help build platform capabilities across the firm. You will contribute to shared services, portal experiences, reusable components, and developer tools while gaining hands-on experience with cloud solutions.

Our primary stack includes .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, and Azure, with some Python exposure. You will learn how enterprise applications are developed, tested, secured, and delivered, using AI tools to accelerate learning, prototype ideas, and

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/SE/MIS or related field.
Coursework or project-based programming experience.
Anticipated graduation within one year of internship.
Minimum overall and major GPA of 2.8.
6–12 technical credit hours depending on practice.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve software features, shared services, reusable components, or developer tools with guidance from experienced engineers.
Build and integrate APIs, shared libraries, and React SPAs across teams.
Explore Azure services and contribute to deployment workflows.
Use AI tools to accelerate learning, prototyping, coding, and debugging; review work with the team.
Write automated tests, investigate defects, and participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with engineering, product and design to understand user needs and gather feedback.
Document what you build for other teams to understand and maintain.
