CapTech is hiring a Software Engineering Associate Consultant for graduates joining in December 2026 through Summer 2027. Hands-On Experience: Gain practical, client‑facing experience from the start, supported by our client‑simulated boot camp. This immersive 3‑week program will kickstart your journey as an Associate Consultant in our one‑year Discovery Program , designed to support your transition from college to CapTech.

Job Responsibilities:

Your role will adapt to different projects, but may include:

  • Design, build, and deliver modern solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise environments.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high‑performing systems using modern engineering practices, including cloud‑native architectures, APIs, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Partner closely with clients, designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to solve complex business challenges and create exceptional user experiences.

Candidates should be on track to graduate in December 2026or Spring/Summer 2027with a bachelor's/+1/accelerated masters*degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Project or internship experience in developing software applications and scripts is highly valued. We appreciate varied experiences that demonstrate your ability to learn and apply your skills in practical settings.

Strong communication skills are essential, including both oral and written abilities, to collaborate effectively in team settings and communicate ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
