Job summary

Salesforce is seeking recent graduates for its Futureforce University Recruiting program. You will join a year-long graduate program with mentorship, events, and hands-on projects across Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, IoT, Einstein Platform and Security.

You will work with world-class engineers to design, implement and test scalable features for a global customer base, with opportunities for mentorship, networking with senior staff and a path to develop core cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products
• Master our development process, culture and code base, then improve it
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and UX experts to build features while keeping the platform stable and scalable
• Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, and tests to improve coverage
• Analyze, design and develop test cases and automated test suites

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
• Must be located in North America
• Academic, professional or internship experience in a professional coding setting
• Fluency in object-oriented programming/design
• Experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL or C++

Even Better If

• Experience using and reviewing code produced by large language model coding assistants and agentic tools
• Ability to guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes
• Experience with Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-player and self-starter with motivation
• Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence
