Qualifications

• Full stack or front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JS, PL/SQL).
• Experience with Oracle software development including packages, procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes.
• Oracle front end development using Oracle Forms or APEX.
• Experience programming in Python.
• Experience with Agile Development and Jira.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
