Job summary

MetaSquare Inc is seeking a passionate Software Engineer to design, develop and install software and web technology solutions. The successful candidate will build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in line with coding standards and technical design.

You will design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications, and support/install software applications and operating systems. Requires a graduate degree in a related area and 3-4 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field; 3-4 years’ experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience designing interactive applications.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Java or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and ORM concepts.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, code and debug applications in multiple languages.
• Perform software analysis, requirements analysis and code reviews.
• Apply OO design and analysis (OOA/OOD) principles.
• Develop and test software with quality assurance practices.
• Document code, requirements and specifications clearly.
• Stay current with development tools and techniques.
