Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Front-end/Design Engineer to lead the implementation of complex projects for our marketing site. You will work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand system and components, ensuring consistency across the site.

You will create interactive experiences that drive engagement, manage design resources, and collaborate with paid ads and growth teams on A/B testing for multi-channel lead generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site.
• Strong skills in React, CSS and modern frameworks (Next.js, Tailwind).
• A portfolio site that demonstrates your previous work.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows.
• Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code.
• Stellar communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow your craft.

What you’ll do
