Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to multi-tier architectures, AWS services, and microservice design.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a STEM bachelor’s degree with extensive software experience in Java and C++, Linux, and DevSecOps practices. You will participate in CI/CD, agile development, and defense-grade projects for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience developing object-oriented software using Java and C++.
• Experience developing software in a Linux environment.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
• Experience developing software on the M2C2 or Rushmore program.
• An active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Software development lifecycle experience using the SAFe Agile methodology.
• Experience developing software using Python.
• Experience with AMMP, Cucumber, GIT, Khaos (M2C2 FD), Kubernetes, Oracle, Postgres, SonarQube, Weblogic, WIGS/Angular.
• Experience with cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working with full stack development.
