Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  2. Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions
  3. Experience in mentoring/influencing engineers across organizations
  4. 12+ years of experience with building large-scale applications, or similar experience
  5. Proven track record of planning multi-year roadmaps in which shorter-term projects ladder to the long-term vision

  7. 8+ years of experience with web or mobile technologies
  8. Experience leading projects with industry-wide impact
  9. 12+ years of programming experience
  10. Experience in driving large cross-functional/industry-wide engineering efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience shipping products to millions of customers or have started a new line of product
  2. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  3. Experience shipping products to millions of customers or having started a new line of products
  4. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  5. Experience building and scaling large products or systems
  6. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Public Compensation:

$271,000/year to $347,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
