Job summary

The Software Engineer (SWE) Subject Matter Expert (SME) shall possess the following capabilities:

• Provide the bridge between
• Program end users of the software/application to be delivered and those who are architecting engineering and/or developing the software/application
• Support the development, review, and analysis of Program CONOPs, requirements, scenarios and use cases that accurately reflect end users' needs
• Assist in the development, organization, and articulation of
• Program expectation to support test planning and operational evaluation activities
• Support information management transformation is preserved across programmatic and acquisition activities Articulate/white board ideas to all levels of management
• Be cognizant of all operational requirements, ensuring that the spirit of the requirements is preserved across programmatic and acquisition activities

Qualifications

A Master's Degree in a Computer Science related field with eight (8) years experience in the following software/application development, design, architecture, or sustainment A Bachelor's Degree with ten (10) years experience an Associate's Degree with twelve (12) years experience may be substituted for the Master's Degree No degree with fifteen (15) years experience in field in acceptable
