Kaizen Approach, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop, maintain, test, and enhance complex real-time software systems and large-scale data processing.

You will contribute to system design and requirements analysis and coordinate software integration and installation. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 20 years of relevant experience (24 years without a degree) and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.

Qualifications

• Requires 20 years of relevant Software Engineer experience, or 24 years if the candidate does not have a degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and demonstrate extensive software engineering, database, integration, performance analysis, and technical leadership capabilities.
