Unknown company is seeking a software engineer to investigate customer-reported issues, analyze logs, reproduce defects, and identify root causes. You will document findings and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders.

You will fix defects and performance issues, write unit tests, and participate in code reviews within an Agile framework. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/EE or equivalent, strong knowledge of multiple programming languages and databases, and

Competenze

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of at least three and mastery of at least two listed programming languages and database technologies.
• Experience with .NET, object-oriented software development, development IDEs, Azure, troubleshooting and customer support, Python and Flask.
• Azure DevOps and Jira; CRM and network protocol experience are also listed.
